Indoco Remedies said that the boards of directors of the company at its meeting held on today have taken the following decisions:
Sub-division of equity shares of Rs10 each to Rs2 each.
Issue of Bonus shares in the ratio of 1 bonus equity share for every 2 existing equity shares held in the Company. Dispatch of bonus shares would be completed on or before May 27, 2012.
