Mindtree surged over 12% and hit the 52-week high at Rs547.50, after company reported strong Q4 March 2012 results. So far, over 3.24 lakh shares have traded on the BSE as against the two-week average volume of 2.51 lakh shares.
The consolidated net profit rose by 13.7% to Rs68.90 crore on 1.2% growth in total revenue to Rs525.70 crore in Q4 March 2012 over Q3 December 2011.
MindTree's net profit jumped 115.1% to Rs218.50 crore on 26.9% growth in total revenue to Rs1915.20 crore during the year ended 31 March 2012 over the year ended March 31, 2011.
Further the company has recommended a final dividend Rs1.50 per share for the year ended March 31, 2012, at its board meeting held on April 16, 2012.
