Shasun Pharmaceuticals has crossed the Rs1,000-crore revenue mark during the financial year ended March 31, 2012. Nearly 90% of the revenue was from exports.
The Chennai-based company achieved the milestone in its 35th year of operations, said Mr Abhaya Kumar, CEO and Managing Director of Shasun.
Shasun is one of the world's largest producers of Ibupprofen. It exports its products to over 40 countries.
