Suzlon Energy yesterday (April 17, 2012), said the stake of Tanti Holdings, a promoter group entity, has come down to 1.65% due to pledging of shares.
Tanti Holdings pledged 13 million shares, or 0.74% stake, in favour of SICOM, according to a regulatory filing. This transaction took place on April 9, this month.
Prior to the pledging, Tanti Holdings held 2.39% stake in Suzlon.
In December last year, two promoter group firms -- Tanti Holdings and Samanvaya Holdings -- had pledged 1.68% stake in the company.
