According to bulk data available on the stock exchanges, Slocum Investments (Delhi) Pvt Ltd offloaded 1 crore shares of HCL Technologies (amounting to 1.44% stake) for Rs500.15 apiece, valuing the deal to Rs500.15 crore.
Meanwhile, RBOS Plc purchased 81.19 lakh shares of HCL Technologies for Rs500 apiece in a deal worth Rs405.95 crore.
As of March quarter, Slocum Investments held 32.19 crore shares or 46.51% stake in HCL Technologies.
