The thrust towards making broadband a right available to citizens in the new draft telecom policy announced today is a good initiative, believes Arvind Subramaniam, partner at BCG. “Thinking about a converged policy across television, internet and telecom is the right intent,” he said exclusively to CNBC-TV18.
