On the back of shrinking margins, increasing competition and commodity costs, Citigroup recently downgraded Thermax to a sell. Managing director MS Unnikrishnan believes that these problems are not only associated to the company but the sector as a whole, and goes on to say that they are ‘better placed than other companies in the capital equipment segment.’
“However, we will see pressure in finalizing orders in the market going forward,” says Unnikrishnan exclusively to CNBC-TV18. He goes on to say that an improvement in market sentiment and the interest rate situation will improve order finalization.....back
