Mahindra Ugine Q3 net loss at Rs24.30 cr; stk down-news04022012

Shares of Mahindra Ugine Steel Company plunged nearly 6%, touching the monthly low of Rs58.30, after the company reported net loss of Rs24.30 crore in Q3 December 2011, much higher than net loss of Rs5.05 crore in Q3 December 2010. Till now, over 1.87 lakh shares have traded on the BSE as against the two-week average volume of 0.68 lakh shares.

The Company's net sales rose 15.1% to Rs389.75 crore in Q3 December 2011 over Q3 December 2010.
