Sunil Khandelwal, chief financial officer of Alok Industries , in an interview to CNBC-TV18, spoke about the latest happening in the company and the road ahead.
Khandelwal said that the company is planning to exit from its non-core business areas like realty. “We are looking to monetise the Lower Parel land in Mumbai this year as we are seeing good interest for that land. We are also planning to monetise Peninsula land before March, 2012,” added Khandelwal.
